Our factory is located in Lin'an Economic Development Zone in the western suburbs of Hangzhou. This place is in the core region where China's economy has the fastest growth and the largest market capacity. The plan is divided into 2 phases. The first phase will be the production zone of PVC, PVDC drug packaging materials, and the second phase will be the production zone of non-PVC environment-friendly packaging material with a total area of 48000 sqm and a total investment of CNY 305 million. The first phase-PVC and PVDC drug packaging material production area has been completed and put into operation with a total area of 50,000 square meters, including over 5,000 square meters of 100,000 purification levels plant; with an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons, this production area is used for the production of all rigid thermoforming drugs and packaging of high-grade foods and daily necessities.

Our company now takes PVC pharmaceutical rigid sheet series and PVDC pharmaceutical composite rigid sheet series as its leading products, and its quality is ranking the international advanced level. As to PVC pharmaceutical sheet, our company has a production history of more than 35 years, and a production history of more than 27 years for pharmaceutical composite rigid sheet. Now, our company has been designated as the first supplier of pharmaceutical packaging materials by the world's leading multinational pharmaceutical group companies and well-known pharmaceutical companies in China.

Our company has strong technical force and owns several production lines imported from Germany and Italy, including state-of-the-art PVC rigid sheet rolling production line, PVC / PVDC (PVC / PE) coating composite production line; also equipped with plastic rheometers, gas chromatographs, gas permeability testers computer color matching instrument and other quality testing instruments imported from the United States and Japan , and a 10,000-level ultra-clean laboratory. Moreover, our production process uses computer technology and advanced testing equipment to perform real-time quality control on production, and has a high ability to control the production process. Our quality policy is: always take the customer first, quality first as tenet, pursue quality to fully meet customers' needs, pursue beyond the advanced international level, insist to meet customer needs in all aspects, and constantly improve the service system.
